Return Policy

At StreetHeathen Apparel, every product is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or a change of mind. Please review our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@streetheathen.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.


Lost or Missing Orders

  • If your order is lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery), we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local carrier or post office. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages after delivery.


Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Since each item is printed on demand, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for size issues or personal preference. Please check our size chart on each product page before ordering.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once production begins, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
